The Lolly Bus Online Delivery

We are constantly monitoring all modes of delivery services (Inc couriers and Australia Post) and our aim is to obtain the best rate combined with the most efficient service to allow us to optimise the service we can provide to you, the customer. Size and weight of your order, the delivery service used and the location to be delivered to are all factors in the rate, but rest assured it will be the best we can find. The Lolly Bus is not responsible and do not provide refunds for delays or damage outside our control including but not limited to: inclement weather conditions, natural disasters or delivery carrier delays outside of our control.

Please note that we do not provide refunds for melted or heat affected products as many factors within the supply chain are outside of our control. We cannot dictate the weather, the transport method or the time it takes the receiver to pick up purchases, but we can guarantee that only the highest quality products will be dispatched. When choosing confectionary we would suggest considering the time of year verses that product ie: Chocolate in summer may not always give the best outcome. Please feel free to discuss your options with us as we are only too happy to assist

When Online Delivery to a residential address and the premises is unattended, the order will be left outside at a specified location. If you believe that your order has been exposed to hot weather conditions, please take it indoors and let it sit for a few hours to give it a chance to return to normal consistency prior to opening the order. If nobody is at home when the delivery may take place an option could be to arrange Online Delivery to a business of a friend or family member as then someone may be present to receive the order and take it indoors.

The Lolly Bus will take every possible precaution to ensure you receive your order in the best possible condition.

Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from The Lolly Bus containing your receipt of payment details (if you have provided your email address). Lolly Bus will also normally confirm receipt of your order soon after ordering. We will attempt to dispatch your goods within 3 working days. Delivery maybe via Couriers or Australia Post and delivery timing will depend on your location.

Approx Delivery Times as follows

Perth Metro – 1 to 2 working days from dispatch

Eastern States – Dispatched every Monday and Thursday and takes 5 to 7 working days from dispatch

Country Areas outside the Metro  – 10 to 14 working days from dispatch

We recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks ahead of your event date. This allows time to order more lollies if the quantities aren’t quite right or in an event that a product is out of stock, it gives us time to replenish stocks or make an alternative suggestion.
